CODE OF CONFIDENTIALITY
IMC will maintain confidentiality when it has committed to doing so, except in situations where keeping information secret jeopardizes the life or safety of another person. IMC will not promise confidentiality in situations where it knows the law requires to divulge information. IMC will exercise caution when engaging in games of partial truth and will respect other’s property.
IMC is committed to maintain confidentiality and security of all confidential information including, but not limited to, confidential techniques, methods, styles, designs and design concepts, developments, client lists, business plans, marketing plans, sales information, methods of operation, knowledge and data relating to processes, compounds and compositions, intellectual property, presentation boards, plans etc. received from its principals and all customers. All employees who are privy to such confidential information shall undertake not disclose such confidential information to any other third party during their employment with the organization and also subsequent to their separation from the organization.
